Going to do "grease the groove" with C2 and calorie burning. 5 min at a pop:

C2: 0500, 0600, 0700, 0800, 0900, 1700, 1800, 1900

Was supposed to do a CFFB WOD today but Mr. Mom and dog sitting duties overwhelmed me.  Better luck tomorrow!
