Didn't do an a.m WOD.

Of course it started raining right before I started the WOD. Strategizing against Trey's time, I moved the angle of the Gasser so that it started outside by the rope instead of the end of the yard. Easily saved me a minute or more, which was good as I ended up walking up the hill for part of the 2nd and 3rd rounds and hobbled downhill. Ugh!

12 Power Cleans 185 lbs

About an hour later, another Fran practice, adding 5# and keeping the same rest period.

No diet info today. Was a crappy eating day anyway. I'd be lucky to have hit 1,800 calories today and definitely short on protein. :(
