squats and lunges

On another trip and just getting to the gym.

6 squats @ 50#
12 Barbell Walking Lunges @ 50#
6 squats @ 50#
jog in place 105 paces

Misread the cffb and shorted myself a round, but still a good WOD. Left leg is a bit tight from the jogging in place.
