Day 37. 

First WOD since starting this diet. Hitting the CFHQ WOD, scaling for a few weeks. 

2 rounds of:
75-lb. power snatches, 10 reps
30-second chin-over-bar hold
75-lb. power snatches, 10 reps
60-second plank hold

This is gonna be a long slow road...
