Squats

Oh yea! Felt good enough to venture to the Navy gym at Kings Bay for a squat WOD.

Felt good. They didn't have bumpers so decided to do 3 rep scheme instead of 5 incase I had to dump it. That would have been loud! Felt good enough that I did the little bit extra on the last two sets.
