Squats

Week 2 of the strength cycle:

back squat
1 x 3 x 45
1 x 3 x 135
1 x 3 x 225
7 x 3 x 300

This is 5# heavier on the 7 x 3 than the 02 April WOD. Hopefully I can keep some linear progression for a few weeks before I have to tweak it.
