DL, FS, burpee pull-ups

Went over some core stuff with Oak from the ProBodX book. Pretty challenging stuff.

Before I started I was thinking "maybe sub 10?" but after the first set, with fs and the bpu action, I was hoping to break 20! That sucked the wind out of me quick.
