Being at a Globo gym I subbed 70# DB for KB and having bump knees and no rower I subbed 5 x burpee box jumps for sprints.

That sucked. Will be interesting to do this WOD again with (a) a real KB and (b) sub rowing instead of bbj and see how my time compares.
