Filthy Fifty


Ugh. This WOD always kicks my ass and today was no exception. No where near a PR, I was struggling just to make it through. We did a staggered start and I went first. Daric was right on my ass which was the only reason I prolly didn't take longer than I did. As usual my three slowest events were KTE, WB and burpees. Maybe one of these years I'll get faster.

50 Box jump, 24 inch box
50 Jumping pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball
50 Burpees
50 Double unders

I hated that WOD so much I actually want to do it again because I sucked so bad.

I liked that WOD ... when I was don't puking that is! LOL

I thought the worst part was the wallballs.
