Back Squat

Today starts the PR attempts after a 3 month strength cycle. Unfortunately I'm still feeling the groin pull from 2 weeks ago, so I have to go "light" on the BS. I'll slowly increase the weight as BS comes up until I think I'm past the pull. I'm thinking at least 1-2 months :( Anyway…
