Second WOD of this 4 day cycle and was BP.

I wasn't happy with this, but looking at the numbers from last bench, while distributed differently, total reps were also 45, so at least I didn't do worse!

With the less than stellar BP WOD, decided to take advantage of all the DB they had.
DBBP w/ 1 min rest:
1 x 5 x 20-65
Felt good. We'll see if that has any effect on next BP WOD.
