Deadlift

While I really didn't want to do it, this morning I grinded through a CFE. My typical tabata row, with a target pace of lower than 1:48…

This evening I did…

The last three sets were tough! A huge difference from how I felt in Hawaii with 435. Not sure if its just biorhythms or the extra 5# makes that much difference.
