Today's WOD was hard. Not sure if it was just a low biorhythm or I'm reaching the ceiling on my linear progression for both deadlift and power cleans. I'm thinking I'll give this WOD another go next week, same weight, and see if I can push through. If not, then I'll either change up set/rep scheme or switch exercises ala the conjugate method.
